How Natural Migraine Relief Works

Our chiropractor, Dr. Bonde will discuss your personal experience of migraines to suggest which healing modalities are most ideal for your needs. First we will discuss the lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your pain such as poor diet, occupational stress, long hours in front of the computer, sleep issues and more. We will also ask questions about sports or fitness routines you are involved in. While migraines are usually the result of a combination of these factors, in many cases your fitness routine may have caused a subluxation that has misaligned vertebrae resulting in ongoing migraines. After a thorough discussion and examination Dr. Bonde will discover the answers to these questions.

Chiropractic care aims to remove miscommunication with the nervous system and rest of the body by realigning the spinal column. In many cases where vertebrae have been misaligned for extended periods of time, supporting muscular structures, tendons, ligaments and soft tissues have also moved to compensate.
