Meet the Birmingham Wellness Center Team
Krystle has been a chiropractic assistant for the past eleven years. She began her natural-homeopathic healthcare journey in 2006, and, while assisting chiropractors in helping patients reach their highest level of optimal health, she discovered her true passion — nutrition.
She focused her studies on wellness and health promotion and is now a Certified Nutritional Consultant. Krystle continues to stay up to date on the most current information on nutrition and chiropractic research by attending various seminars on wellness and nutrition.
She spends her free time with her husband, Chris, and their three children Kendall, Callan, and Kinley. The busy mother finds joy raising her children in what she calls a “house of health,” free of prescription and over- the-counter drugs and brimming with organic foods and essential nutritional supplements.
Aileen is the longest employee of the office staff at BWC. A life long supporter of chiropractic care, Aileen has explored many holistic modalities and continually strives to familiarize herself on non medical wellness practices.
A resident of Royal Oak, Michigan, with her partner Jon and her spoiled Labradoodle Winston, Aileen is a master gardener with a deep appreciation of nature. Creative by nature, she is accomplished at crochet and a self taught jeweler artist as well. Aileen is equally creative in the kitchen, devising healthy, flavorful Paleo creations. She managed to remain sane through raising her twins, Riley who now lives in Seattle, Wa and Kelsey a Chicago resident. Her favorite quote is: " If not us who? If not now when?".
